As well as supervising the completion of countless commercials, we also co-founded Milk VFX in 2012, previously known as the The Mill Film & TV, which went on to win an Emmy, 3 Baftas and an Oscar (Ex-Machina) during our stewardship. From 2015 we established Feel Edit which has grown into the most sought-after edit facility in London for feature films and High End TV drama (Baby Reindeer / True Detective: Night Country).
The connections and collaborations established over this time have put us in a unique position to offer the best solutions to our commercial clients. Whether that be cutting offline in-house, completing Flame work in our own facility, or collaborating with multiple third parties to bring your project to life.
The advances in remote working have been huge over the past few years. We have put all the very best tools to work to enable our clients to get the benefit of European prices for their post-production and VFX requirements.
Bespoke software such as Louper, Frame.io, Frankie, Jump, Lucid Link, have allowed us to run commercial post-production seamlessly, with all necessary approval milestones attended by agencies and clients. Our in-house technicians are available to consult with your IT departments to ensure all software is installed and tested prior to any attended sessions.
Panda Express: Firecracker Shrimp
What a great idea; A family transported from the dinner table to a world of fireworks to promote Panda Express’ new dish Firecracker Shrimp. A carefully planned studio shoot in LA by Feel Director Tom Wilson meant no motion control was required, but wire-rigging was used to create the gravity defying motion of the family. All footage was cut remotely by Andu Radu whilst UPP did the R&D to create fireworks comprising all the ingredients in the dish. The result, an eyepopping, food exploding, gravity-defying extravaganza!
Cabenuva
Tasked with creating a reality series for HIV medication Cabenuva in conjunction with New York agency Jacques, we shot for a week on 5 cameras in Costa Rica with the team that made Stanley Tucci’s “Searching for Italy”, including Feel Director Leo McCrea.
All footage was brought back to our in-house edit facility and cut by the experienced structured reality editor Charlie Marbles. We then completed all online, sound mix and grade in our in-house flame suite in London, to create 5 individual films and one trailer for the series.
Panda Express: Hot Ones
Recently we were asked to create a spot highlighting the collaboration between Panda Express and viral sauce sensation Hot Ones. After a motion control shoot in LA with Feel Director Tom Wilson, we brought the footage back to Europe and cut with long time edit partner Andu Radu. Leading European VFX house UPP were entrusted to add flame effects throughout the film.
